Alvaro is a licensed General Contractor and CA real estate salesperson. With extensive experience in the building industry, he brings vast knowledge in a variety of trades, building codes, and safety regulations. As an asset manager, he has managed real estate investments in a variety of industry sectors, from multifamily residential and mixed-use to commercial and industrial properties. This along with his innate desire to provide the highest level of service to our clients provides great benefit when working to maintain and enhance their assets in the most effective manner. Alvaro proudly served as a Fire Fighter in the United States Air Force.
