When Phil Cardoza established the company in 1997, his goal was to deliver the highest level of service and quality, which remain our guiding principles today. Since its founding, Philco Building Maintenance, Inc. has grown into one of the premier commercial property maintenance companies in the Bay Area of Northern California.

Philco maintains over two million square feet of Retail Shopping Centers, Multi-Tenant Industrial Parks, General Office Buildings and Medical Office Buildings. Philco has a comprehensive and constantly growing fleet of vehicles and equipment, including (hauling trucks and trailers, multiple man and equipment lifts, parking lot sweepers, fully-equipped landscape trucks, dump trucks and trailers, mold remediation equipment, concrete floor and tile equipment, and plumbing equipment).

With a team of 65 employees all centrally based in over 20,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in Concord, California, Philco is prepared to meet the various needs of commercial property owners and tenants throughout the five East Bay Area counties of Contra Costa, Solano, Alameda, Santa Clara and San Mateo.
