Maintenance Manager
Jeff has over 18 years of experience in Commercial Building Maintenance and another 10 years in Residential New Home Construction; bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of the trades.
Jeff has been a Maintenance Supervisor with Philco since 2010 and currently runs the building Maintenance Division. He leads a team of Supervisors and highly skilled Technicians whom together maintain over 60 commercial properties. His primary responsibilities include evaluating, troubleshooting and executing solutions to problems while monitoring his team to ensure safe and efficient operations of all facilities and properties, providing them with the highest quality of work.
Jeff works closely with Property Managers, Building Superintendents, Business Owners and Tenants to ensure exceptional customer service in all areas, from facilitating day to day service repair requests to new job estimating and performance of all time and material jobs.
