Construction Manager
Ken joined Philco Building Maintenance in the summer 2019. Having a background of 35 years in the construction trade and being a licensed General Contractor for the past 28 years, brings a level of professionalism and industry experience that aligns with Philco philosophy of delivering quality services to our customers.
His role as project manager includes: project planning, supervision of tenant improvement projects and construction quality control.
Ken enjoys living in Pleasant Hill with his family, where he is an active member of the community through coaching youth sports.
