Maintenance Supervisor
Kevin joined the Philco team in 2017 as a Building Maintenance Supervisor with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of Building Maintenance and Construction. He is a hands on Manager that currently oversees 15 commercial properties and leads many Tenant Improvement Projects.
Kevin works with the Property Managers to provide the best service and ensure complete satisfaction of our clients.
Kevin is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of California.
