Scott Finegold brings a wealth of experience, vision, and leadership to Philco Building Maintenance. A Bay Area native, Scott has more than three decades of professional experience in the Bay Area region within real estate, construction and property management.

With over 15 years as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Broker at Finegold Commercial Real Estate, Scott built a reputation for delivering exceptional results across the commercial real estate spectrum. Prior to this, he developed his expertise at one of the top three largest global commercial real estate brokerage and management firms, advising and collaborating with landlords, investors, lenders, tenants and stakeholders.

Scott’s background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of the strategies and needs of landlords, investors, and tenants. His proven ability to navigate complex real estate transactions and develop innovative solutions makes him an invaluable asset to our team, partners, and clients.

At Philco Building Maintenance, Scott leverages his extensive industry knowledge to enhance the firm’s services and deliver exceptional value.

Scott is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, volunteers with many local non-profit organizations including the Boy Scouts of America, and has been a licensed real estate broker since 2007.
